Orders that contain pre-order items will be dispatched once those are available. We’ll notify you via email when that happens.


A local pickup service is available from Sample Coffee Pro Shop cafe and roastery, free of any additional shipping fees.

To ensure no shipping costs are added to your order, please click on the button that states “︎ FOR PICKUP” when adding a product to your cart. When reviewing your cart during checkout, each product’s name should include “FOR PICKUP”—if this is the case, no shipping method will be triggered and no extra shipping fees will be added to your order.

We’ll send you a confirmation email once the order is ready to be collected.


Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout—that’s exactly what the carrier charges us, full transparency here! This fee varies depending on the total weight, destination and delivery method you choose.

Australia Post Express and Standard methods offer tracking. Economy and Airmail do not offer tracking.

Most orders will ship out within 7 days from order confirmation. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once shipped, delivery times fully depend on the third party postage provider(s). While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party freight providers.

We send our packages using recyclable or compostable materials, and Australia Post ensures a carbon neutral delivery.

International duties and taxes

When you place an international order, you are responsible for any duties and taxes set by the Customs Authority of the destination country—please check if these could apply to you before buying.

Uncollected orders

Most delivery companies have a collection window in which orders can be picked up from their office, if delivery to the address isn’t available or successful. In most cases, we get charged a ‘Return To Sender’ fee for the journey back to our headquarters.

Any fees/charges/taxes/duties that result from an unclaimed or uncollected parcel, or from a parcel that hasn’t been delivered due to a typo in the address written in our checkout form, are your responsibility and will be charged to the credit card provided for the purchase.

Returns & refunds

We will happily exchange or refund the cost of your item, provided the item and its packaging are returned to CLIMBERS within 7 days from receipt for tracked orders (30 days from shipping date for untracked order). Items must be in their original condition.

In the case of change of mind, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. These goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises, so please ensure you package them sufficiently to prevent any damage. We recommend you use a tracked postal service.

If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different size or colour, please email us with your order number and the exchange request before returning the item.

If you would like a refund, please email us with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want a refund. This will be made when we receive the goods, and if they arrive in their original condition. Unfortunately we can’t refund the shipping cost of the original order.

If the items are faulty, please email us with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We will arrange a way for you to return the faulty item (at our cost), and once we receive it we will either refund the cost of the item (paid at purchase including postage), or send you a replacement if the stock is available.

If an order is returned to us because you failed to collect it during the period defined by the carrier, it will be considered abandoned and unfortunately we can’t refund or send it again.

Gift cards and downloadable digital/software products are non-returnable and non-refundable items.
